Viewers will soon experience the most unusual twist in Kkusum. The leading lady of the show, Kkusum, who epitomises the values and virtues of the Indian woman and puts the well being of the family before self will stab the her husband Abhay. On the auspicious night of Karva Chauth when women fast and pray for their husband's long lives, Kkusum decides to shoot her husband Abhay.
While the entire family is involved in the rituals and ceremonies of Karva Chauth, amidst the celebrations, Kkusum leads Abhay to a secluded place where she gets ready to attack him. What happens then? Why does Kkusum want to stab Abhay?
