i would love ranbir to take this. let him surprise us.

but if i have to pick between these 3, i have to say hritik. i don't like me much, but i think he will fit in perfectly as james bond.

Hrithik, he has the devastating good looks, the height, the swagger, the larger than life personality, amazing screen presence and the charisma-- all qualities of a Bond hero. He is the only B'wood actor that I can think of who can carry off the role with elan. In fact, he can sleepwalk through that kind of roles.
