yes Tina. And that was the first time that his connection worked from home and he was able to work. He had tried so many times before and was never able to successfully connect. I strongly belive that GOD only made it work as he wanted Bala to be home when this happened. Bala and me were the few fortunate ones to be selected by GOD to be away when the tragedy struck. I feel so bad for those who were not so fortunate enough.

I know about one female , Deepa, she was to come to our home that evening to see some furniture that we were selling. She never came back and left few months old baby. It was so hard to think that the person whom I was to meet in the evening would never come back. we loast few good friends and still do not have courage to talk to their spouses though we keep gathering information about them from others. 😭

After reading your posts, Tina and Anju, i've realised how small the world really is and how naive it is for us to think, "It will never happen to us." Sadly, tragedy is something that can strike anytime, anywhere.
But hope and mercy also come from unexpected quarters, and your stories just reinforce my faith in God. I hope your families reamin safe and the whole of this family called earth learns to reject evils such as terrorism and violence.

so true... there is one power so powerful from others - GOD and such incidents reinforce our faith in GOD - the supreme power.

By god's grace nothing happend to anyone in this forum. This is a very tragic day. 😭 We had a five minute silence today in school...remebering all lives. 😭 May god give courage to all those who lost their loved ones. I remember this day...I was a 4th grader on my way to school. It was very shocking 😭 😭 😭

oh god anju and tina it was so terrible
i know i was seein news on tv when i saw tower come down
first i thought mayb it was an accident but later realised it was terrorist attack

i think god above is watching
the recent bomb blasts also made me realise this
my son always takes abt 5.30 -6pm train that day he left his college early and reached home by 6.20
he usually comes after 6pm and he got down from train at 6.10 and first blast took off at 6.20
with cell fones network jammed i was unable to contact him for some minutes
but finally i reached my daughter cell who told me he is in bldg now

i realise how close it was then

terrorist attacks anywhere is unwanted
we had LR as victim of bomb blasts
