I went to Borishal last year to our ancestral village :) We were there for Durga Puja and then the Kojagari Lakshmi Puja and came back. We were not there for Kali Puja so don't know if that is celebrated in our village.

first name in Shri Lalita Sahasranaama is 'Shreemaata'. Though it means the universal/divine mother, it also means the mother of Shree. According to various meanings of Shree in Sanskrit literature (it has around 50-60 meanings) three are Lakshmi, Saraswati and Parvati. As Lalitambika and Durga are same, I feel its not wrong to consider her to be mother of the trio.

But in the case of Ganesh- Kartikeya, the LS specifically says "Kumara- Gananath- Amba". There is no such specific description for Lakshmi and Saraswati.

varaali yep. There are no direct mentions. The indirect one is Shreemaata. Vyaadi Kosha and Shabataaraavali explain meanings of Shree as Saraswati, Lakshmi & Paarvati also. So shreemata can be explained as mother of Sarswati, Lakshmi & Parvati, I think. Also the moorti rahasya in DSS says how Lakshmi, Saraswati & Gauri are born from Mahaakaali-lakshmi-saraswati aspects of Aadi Shakti. Donno upto what extent this is correct. We may connect these things here. Thats all.
