I think that, at the moment, he's just too preoccupied with the health of his wife and unborn child to care about how much Prashant knows. I thought it was weird too, but I also understand that Yash wants to repent for how he treated Aarti. And, I think Yash is just too trustful of everyone's intentions. I don't think he has the type of personality that would have been required to be suspicious of Prashant's knowledge about his wife. Also, as for the other two times, I think it was supposed to be obvious to the viewer because we knew what was going on. Yash wasn't supposed to know and I think he didn't really have even an inkling because it was being deliberately hidden from him.

I think he has accepted the ideas by thinking that in general wives like pampering. A romantic atmosphere, red balloons, light music, a beautiful gift are very common. Pizza is a common favorite dish of course not Mushroom pizza. Same with jalebi.

One thing he has a clean mind and the most imp is his mind is too occupied by the thoughts of keeping his wife happy n free of stress.
Jab uske dimag ki batti jalegi, he will think how fool he was to not think over it before.
