writers want to confuse us.so that we keep guessing who will be the father of ovis child.it is ok because he has to say all these to console her.but as kekta dont does anything untill it has some use.you only think what will be the use of romils sudden entry.and i am confirmed that after this track arvi reunion will take place.as something big is need to separatete ovi from arjun and this will be the reason.so dont worry.
