We see an angry and hurt Arnav telling Khushi to open the report and know once and for all that Aarav is not related to him. Khushi was listening to Arnav with tears of sorrow and guilt on face while Sheetal had a nervous face on spying on them.
I actually think that the report is going to be negative - that Arnav is not related to Aarav. Khushi will be happy knowing this and Sheetal will be happy knowing this. Arnav on the other hand while he is happy that the test proved that he is not Aarav's father - he will be bloody furious at Khushi for not trusting him enough to ask him directly and instead went behind his back. Arnav will than be angry at Khushi for some time while Khushi will try and pacify him. We have always been shown that when Arnav loves and trusts someone - he expects them to give him the same courtesy. He will be devastated to find out that Khushi didnt trust him enough to believe without proof that Aarav is not his son.
I think that is what the enemy planned to do with this Aarav track - to shake Khushi's trust in Arnav and most importantly to shake Arnav's trust in Khushi. Everyone including the enemy knows that Arnav and Khushi trusts each other completely and that it will be very hard to break. The only thing that can cause a rift between them is when one of them doesn't trust the other and goes behind their back to get the answers and here the enemy has succeeded.
"Trust is one of the easiest things to lose and the hardest to gain back"
We are all in for some volatile drama, passion, anger and pain the whole next week I think and I say bring it on. As long as the CVs dont do this the predictable way and show that the DNA result is positive and Khushi will be shocked to react and Arnav will be speechless.
