Gurmeet excellent as Yash Sindhia

Many people were not happy when Gurmeet choose this role of playing Yash Sindhia in Punar Vivah . According to me Gurmeet's choice of taking this role in Punar Vivah is simply superb.

We always see heros who are in 50's still want to only do romance with heroines young enough to be their daughters. (the hero's are literally frightened to become parent to a kid).

Here we have Gurmeet a young man who can always play roles of business man, college student, police officer etc. taking a challenging role of being father to three little children and now taking good care of his pregnant wife.

Gurmeet took this challenging role of Yash and his portrayal of this role is excellent.

Here we can see a widower marrying only for sake of his daughters, becoming a good father to his step son, not treating his 2nd wife well (because he loved his 1st wife so much that he only wanted his 2nd wife to be mother of his daughters. )

He hurt his wife Aarathi so much that she was very frightened to tell her husband that she was pregnant with their child and she left him taking her son along.

When Yash suddenly realized the reason why she left him he went searching for her and his son and brought them back home.

His confession on T.V. for not trying to understand his wife and hurting her so much and he is sorry for his behaviour told the viewer's that beneath that tough exterior there is a caring person.

The scene where Ansh comes and touches his father and Yash is so happy to find his son back and asks his son regarding his mother is a scene to watch and can't be described.

Yash Prays to God in temple and tells that he is very sorry for his behaviour of mistreating his wife. This shows that Yash will stand by his wife Aarathi in happiness and sorrow.

Yash is also thankful to the person who helped him reunite with his family.

There is more to come of this Yash's love and affection for his wife Aarathi and we (Fans and viewers of Punar Vivah) also will have lots of emotional roller coaster rides along with Aarathi and Yash.

Once again Congratulation to Gurmeet for taking up this challenging role of Yash and portraying this role excellently.

I hope Gurmeet will win a lot of Best Actor awards also this serial Punar Vivah will get lots of awards.

gurmeet rock as yash, he realy prove his acting skills because of this role, i cannot imagine eny one play this complexe role so perfectry , gurmeet is the best , may god bless him

Through his previous roles, we saw particular skills of his acting but through PV, we got to see so many shades of his acting. Anger, pain, hurt, love, affection, and now care, all these emotions were so SUPERBLY portryaed by Gurmeet and definitely takes a bow for this.

And regarding people being unhappy with this venture of his, I will just every good thing is first criticised before it is accepted and that's what had happened here also. All the people who earlier were unhappy with this role are now falling for him head over heal. Through this role, he has increased the number of his fans. Earlier, it was more of young girls or teenagers but now, even the oldies can resist his charm...

And even Kratika deserves a bow here... She too is doing an excellent job as Aarti
