I have voted the third option for some reasons:

I am not ready to blame ovi entirely as I have found her very loyal to Arjun throughout her life and she is also a daughter of Arman, so I have stroked out the probability of becoming Romil's child's mother (cautiously)

Now, as I am really a die hard Arvi fan and always wanted Arjun to be Purvi's (one and only), I also eliminated that Arjun has become intimate with Ovi.😛..(though I wud say that in husband wife relation ship , it is very important and essential aspect)..besides Arjun needs some time to recover himself, he still feels for Purvi..

Now, I wud feel happy to put all blame to that unkwon Romil rather..he must have taken the opportunity of Ovi's emotional weakness and has misused it..

BUT still it is BT production serial and yeha pein sab kuch mumkin hai..😉😃

I voted for Romil's baby because as long as It's not Arjun's baby I'm happy for her.
