"Arnav... From when did you start calling me Arnav?"

"I thought you would only call Sid without a Ji" he gritted his teeth vocalizing something that had been bothering him right from the time he heard her calling the other man without a ji, on first name terms.
"He insisted that I call him that way right from our first meeting" she told him struggling to get herself free of his grip, His proximity had shooted up her heartbeat and she was finding it hard to think straight
"Oh he insisted... did he also insist that you have to let him flirt with you?"
"He was not flirting with me.. He always talks like that.. making fun.. pulling legs...Ouch.. leave me... "
"I dont like this conversation about how this man acts with you"
"You started this"
"Ok then lets go back to the one we were discussing... about what... oh yeah... you claimed that we are not married anymore right?"
"Arnav.. Please.. leave me.. Let me explain..."
"Shutup" he shouted cutting her speech, he pushed her to the wall, with one hand pinning both her hands behind her and the wall, while with other, he started working on her buttons.
"Stop.. What are you doing" She screamed, but he didnt pay heed to her
He stopped after he was done with three buttons, trying hard to ignore her exposed body, took out the mangal sutra and looked at her
"Then what does this mean? why do you still wear this?"
"I .. Arnav.. Please let me Exp.."
"And this?" He asked her as he pushed her bangs of hair partly covering her forehead where she had put a small dot of sindoor
"Answer me Dammit!"
"you dont believe in all this..."
"But you do... dont you? This is not about my belief... It is about yours..Why havent you stopped wearing this?" he shouted at her
"How do you know this is in your name?" She asked him trying hard to control her tears brimming in her eyes
"I would like you to dare and tell me it is otherwise" he challenged her, pinning her between him and the wall.

"may be wanted to reach me...for some reason" Kushi reasoned trying to keep him at bay, enabling her to think straight, Arnav's proximity or his actions was not helping her at all.

They were again interuppted by another call to Arnav's mobile and he flipped it open annoyingly...But soon his expressions changed to surprise as he looked at the caller.

Part 41

"Our co..contract was over longg bback.." Kushi stammered as she saw him locking the door.
He turned to look at her, his eyes blazing with anger.
"Oh great... You remember the contract..." He spoke menacing as he slowly closed the distance between them. She started walking backwards seeing him coming closer.

"Then why do you still call yourself a Raizada? "
"When I joined work .. I was still was Raizada... I didnt change the name when the contract expired..." She stammered to complete as she hit the wall behind her
"Oh I see..So it was only because of that you still call yourself a Raizada" he said putting both his hands on her either side, trapping her
"ye..ss, Now let me go..." He could notice, she was breathing hard
"If I dont?"
"I will go... " She said shoving him with all her might and tried to move from there.
"Like hell you will" he shouted clutching both her hands and twisting them to her back and holding them together behind her back, drawing her closer to him

"One of his signature holds" Kushi thought helplessly " He knows I will never be able to break this one"
"Let me go Arnav.. you are hurting me"

He looked into her eyes, and she into his... and for a moment, they got lost in their own thoughts, caught in the whirlpool of emotions that their eyes were signalling to eachother. he slowly carassed her face and held her face on his palm, quickly wiping on a tear drop that rolled on her cheek with his thumb. She sighed.

"I wear them for you" she whispered at last
"I am sure you do" he whispered back, leaning closer to her
"Arnav... I need to tell you a lot of things before.. we..I mean"
He leaned back again, looking into her face
"What is it thats troubling you Kushi? Why did you run away from me.. Why didnt you talk to me even once... What happened to you? Why did you do this?" He asked her his voice breaking with each of his question..
"Arnav.. I will tell you.. But I am not sure if we can discuss it here... I dont " She stopped abruptly as her mobile started ringing somewhere in the sidepocket on her pant.
"My mobile" she tried to take out her hands which was still pinned at her back
"No.. wait.." he said still not ready to release her and put his hand into her pocket to take out her mobile.

He heard her gasp as a smirk slowly formed on his lips. But the smirk soon turned into a frown as he saw who was calling her. He quickly cut the call and turned to her.
"Yeah carry on.. You were telling me something"
"Who was it?"
"nobody.."
"nobody? tell me who is it?
"Shall we get back to where we had left our conversation?" he asked leaning closer, brushing his lips across her cheeks,ear lobe and then her neck.
"Arnav please stop...How will I tell you something serious when you do like this? You are making me breathless.. "
"Breathless?" he asked raising his head a little, his lips dangerously closer to her lips
"yes" she whimpered back as she felt his hot breath against her lips
"you seem to have forgotten what breathless means..." he whispered slowly, closing in the distance between them, claiming her lips with his own.

It was their first kiss in almost two years, and both discovered that their passion had never diminished over the days of seperation but only had been stronger than ever, they were also painfully aware of how much their bodies were reacting to eachother, how much they have been deprived of this passion and how far they starved for eachother- all this with just a Kiss. But soon they were rudely awakened from this pure bliss by a ringtone. Kushi's mobile started ringing again from Arnav's pockets, where he had dropped it previously. He relectantly pulled away from her to attend it again, looked into the screen, scowled at it.

"Who is it?" Kushi asked attempting to look into the screen.

But Arnav didnt let her see the screen and switched it off promptly, threw it in the bed and went back to her already swollen lips again. But Kushi shoved him aside

"Who was calling me?"
"Kushi.. you are "
"Stop it Arnav... I want to know who was trying to reach me.." she told resolutely.
"your ex boss" Arnav told gritting his teeth
"my ex boss?" Kushi blinked "who?"
"that Sidarth kamoshi guy"
"its Sidarth Mokashi..."
"whatever" he said pulling her clip which had been holding her messed up hair and throwing it away, letting down her silky long hair free flowing... the way he always liked it to be.. and to his delight he saw she hadnt reduced the length of her hair.
"But Sid.. what do you mean? he is not my ex boss"
"he is from now on.. you are not going back.. I am not letting you go.."
"But Arnav.."she started and then composed herself "leave all that... why did you cut the call.."
"and switched it off..." Arnav commented
"you did?" Kushi blinked again looking back at her mobile lying at the bed "but why.. "
"because we are busy.." Arnav replied simply pulling her close, slipping a hand into her sliky tresses while his other hand started working on pulling out her tucked in shirt and his head making a move towards her cleavage which had been exposed since he had opened her top buttons and had been tempting him for quite sometime now.

"may be wanted to reach me...for some reason" Kushi reasoned trying to keep him at bay, enabling her to think straight, Arnav's proximity or his actions was not helping her at all.

"Arnav.. please please stop this... I think... we need to talk first.. before all this... " Kushi stated firmly holding his head away from her body and straining to look into his eyes straight to convey him that she is serious.
Arnav looked at her for a few seconds and then stepped back and stood with his arms crossed across his chest.
"yes tell me... I would like to know too... about your secrecy and aloofness all these days.. "

"Arnav.. I.. I dont know where to start... there is somuch to tell" Kushi started awkwardly trying to figure out how to tell him all that had happened in her life during these two years.

"may be you should sit" he suggested and took her to the edge of the bed and made her sit.

Kushi took a deep breadth. and then started.

"I..I am sorry I have hidden something very very important from you... something that I know would enrage you... I.. Hmm when I discovered that.. I ... " she stopped, her eyes brimming with tears again. He moved towards the side table and pouring out a glass of water for her which she accepted gratefully

"Kushi... If its all that painful... Maybe you should start from first.. I promise I will not lose my temper until you finish your story"

Kushi nodded.
"Arnav...I..need to make a call to Sid to check if everything is alright"

Arnav made a herculean effort to control his temper.

"why now?"

"Because I am worried about Arush... May be Sid called me to tell me something about him"

"Who is Arush now?" Arnav asked exasperated

They were again interuppted by another call to Arnav's mobile and he flipped it open annoyingly...But soon his expressions changed to surprise as he looked at the caller.

"Lavanya?" he called out surprised.
"Lavanya?" Kushi called out following him "Thank god... she had your number.. Sid doesnt have yours.. I think" she said taking his mobile from his hand to talk to her as Arnav looked baffled at her.

Trust Arnav to find out that Khushi still wears a MangalSutra and Sindoor for him…these things are of great importance to Khushi and no matter what she says these acts prove that she still considers him her husband…

Damn the interruptions… I think Khushi is about to tell Arnav about their daughter.
