guys in today's episode arnav himself told that he and sheetal had a relationship. now me too getting dooubt on arnav like khushi. arav is photocopy of arnav. and none can trained a small child like this. every things are indicating that arav is arnav's real son. arnav did not like kids. but with arav he was comfortable hust like father-son.
