IMHO --From what I have seen of Anandi, looks like her heart rules her head, which could be because of years of Singhs and social conditioning😕. Sometimes, she takes decisions impulsively whether it was going to Jyothi's rescue or becoming J's nurse. Then, it dawns on her the impact of those decisions. In the company of Sjee, hopefully, she learns to think first. But, I am glad that Shiv stands as rock solid support to her. She has reached a stage in relationship with Shiv that she no longer feels the need to hide her vulnerability, that she can shed tears and cry her heart out. Shiv is the catharsis for Ajee... She knows that she will never be judged as a weakling by Shiv. That I think is the defining point in his character. His sensitivity and empathy for what A is going through . The jhatka that he got today, his nightmare does not reflect his insecurity, but sadness and frustration at what Ajee's is going through at the hands of Singhs in the wolf's den - singh's haveli 😡. He is not going to sit back looking at all this quietly.. The promo says it all.. It could be a real scene or could be a dream of Shiv, his inner most thoughts prompting him to rise up to the challenges and rescue A once again...

I agree with you from Anandi's POV. But, I am seeing from Shiv's POV and for him nothing has changed is what I am saying. Even when she proposed, he accepted her proposal unhappily and forcefully. Even today, he is supporting her unhappily and in both cases I didn't see Anandi considering his feelings.
