Good observation and post!
I think the CVs very well know that some folks will overreact and some will get the hints they are giving us that this child thing is a scam!Genetics is based on a gene pool that is not restricted to the immediate parents! Some DNA markers skip generations before surfacing! If this child is a diabetic he could have inherited it from his mother's side of the family! Also unless the doctor does blood work to confirm the A1C levels or a glucose test he cannot confirm that the child is a diabetic! But this is a soap opera so anything goes!!!!!!!!!!!The similarities to Arnav shown thus far are all products of your environment or what you learn from your parents or anyone you grow up with! Dressing, speech, hobbies, traditions, food etc are all learnt from your upbringing and immediate environment! This child was not around Arnav or the Raizadas so how would he learn these behaviours? And, to your point which 6-7year old understand about rasams!Brainwashing thats the nature of the scam! That will be the downfall of Sheetal and whomever else she is working with! No doubt there may be DNA fiddling etc but that old way of revealing the truth may also be part of this story in that Aarav will need blood and Arnav's blood type will reveal he cannot be the father! The real loser in this will be that poor child, Aarav! A mother brainwashing her child like this is child abuse! What a sweet child! He really needs Khushi to give him back his childhood!CheersMayaToronto, Canada
