Okay, I have been thinking about this... And this is what I came up with...

COULD BE-

*Diabetes

We do not know this for sure yet...Whether he is diabetic or not

*Mannerism

The similarity in mannerism is striking...

*That little scar above his brow

Well, too much of a coincidence...

*ASR's Behaviour

"I did not mean to make you uncomfortable..." How did he know? Why would he say that? (over-analysing, but still)

*What the-

Lame Point but still

*Sheetal's Evilness?

Could be that Sheetal got Arnav drunk to the point where he didn't remember hooking up with Sheetal and 9 months later comes Arav.

If he had EVER done IT with Sheetal, he would definitely not be so cool and comfortable with her infront of his WIFE... He had the "Oh HI!" look on his face when he saw her and not the "Oh SHIT!" look.

If arnav did something like that then he not able to comfirtable with both sheetal and kushi.. When he saw sheetal first time..apne apko punish kartha gusse mein akar..

True...But think about it... how is it CHEATING?

If he slept with Shit-al, he myt have broken up with her later on...

And when it comes to KHUSHI, how exactly is CHEATING her when it was pre-marital relationship?

I think Arav could be Arnav's son because Arnav has known Khushi for just over a year and the kid is 7-8 yrs old hence him hooking up with Sheetal would not qualify as cheating on Khushi. Then again, as I mentioned in a previous post, it could be that Sheetal got Arnav drunk to the point where he didn't remember hooking up with Sheetal and 9 months later comes Arav. As for the SR in Arav's name, I'm wondering if it does stand for Singh Raizada or it could be something else.
