4Lions have a certain set of directors and they keep rotating them in their shows. He was directing IPKKND but now Lalit Mohan is directing IPKKND and Arshad will be co-directing with Gul. Be it Qubool Hai, IPKKND, Suvreen Guggal, Humse Hai Life or Arjun...it's all one production. So there isn't really a competition there. They keep rotating their directors. Lalit mohan was initially directing IPKKND and then went to direct Suvreen Guggal and came back to IPKKND.
