Hey Mkapians,
Guys the feeling of sadness and pain of loosing Kriya is what we all fans are going through right now and everything has an end. I agree to that, but I or rather any of us wouldnt have wanted or thought of the end in this pathetic way.
In my view, responsible for the heart break of the many fans of Pratigya is not the CVS alone, to me I feel a big part had been palyed by the channel,Star Plus too.
The CVS, The more we begged for lead focus the more tracks came up on side characters. The trp numbers still didnt make them realise the reason for viewership and when they did realise and brought up a kriya track the falling TRPs rose up again (the recent figures being 2.6 during Kriya baby track and 2.2 K-K track) and hence so we had TRP fluctuating..The highest being when the entire focus was on the leads and the rest is known..
The Channel Star Plus- This channel is the most self-fish channel I have ever seen. Star Plus simply forgot the fact that Pratigya was a big reason for its success and their slogan Rista wohi Soch nayee. Basically Star plus is a very vindictive channel, whenever they have issues with the producers of the show they simply revenge by closing the show.namely show like Tere Liye where having issues with Ekta the show was abruptly ended,Sasural Gendha phool and former show like Kasturi all face abrupt end then Saathiya where jus because the lead joined a dance show in another channel they replaced her...so basically as one of the members said in their post, that Star plus had an issue with Producers of Pratigya so they decided to end it. As interviews of Peal mam suggest that she had tried her best to save the show even asked for a new time slot but the channel was hell bent in ending it. I guess star plus had planned this from before and hence stopped promoting the show but despite that our show gave decent trp numbers that were close to the show being heavily promoted by star plus. Star plus failed to realise the worth of this unique show. Pratigya was the first show of its kind then came in other shows with similar plots ,wouldnt like to directly address but are airing on star plus currently.
Coming to the the recent episodes of Pratigya, they are upsetting us fans and who knows even the CVS must be upset in shooting those..guys, cause the things we are seeing in the past few episodes were potential tracks which could have made the show complete 3years of run but thanks to SP these tracks have to be covered in a span of 7 episodes from now. But as I mentioned before the CVS are also to balme as they brought the baby track at the last..may be for name sake of fulfilling fans wish and ending the show on a high note. But guys again I do feel that SP must have been involved in this too as when I messaged the writers of Pratigya, Vishaal sir clearly told me that its not in their hands for Kriya baby to happen..so eventually it was Star plus after all...allowing the leads to now show a baby track and end the show on a high note.
I hate Star plus and Im not going to watch it ever again. If MKAP season 2 is to happen I prefer another channel for it..cause this Shit channel is just not worth it..it just uses shows for its own benefit and then axes it off as it wills. Im super angry over the fact that despite making a decision of ending Pratigya, the Coward channel kept lying to us fans of the news being a rumour and then suddenly showed Veera time slot to be 10.30pm..I really wish the TRP system hadnt gone down cause then Sp could have seen the fate of its new show..
Sorry for long bakaity guys..just wanted to vent out my frustration.
