I usually don't make posts , I generally stick to reading or replying but today felt like making 1... After reading IsmailVegamze's AT I had to watch some old ArShi scenes and this one just created such nostalgia about the show I fell in love with , about the pair I adored , about the concept which got me hooked and the execution that left me stunned !!
This 6 minute video has the basic essence of this show : love - hate! ...
He loves her, he comes all the way in search of her to check on her bleeding hand!... she fights him off but is touched by his gesture , she fumbles for words and is confused at his bipolarity !!... The scene is so well directed, LM - AK fab directionđ... camera angle , focus , the sun that sparkles when they part ways just brilliant !!... the most unique way to get engaged without each other realizing and that too at a very shubh ghadi ( u vl know if u have watched whole show) ... The bells ringing , the mantras read it brings in the feeling of a sacred ritual being performed !!... and then their difference of opinions , each one not ready to bend and the song that plays in the end 'Tu Hi Bata Mere Maula' I must say this song is tailor made for the original concept of the show!!... and the icing on the cake our ArShiđ ...I miss miss miss those days when I used to rewind and watch each expression of the characters and importance of each dialogue ... and I was totally in love with the songs and background score of this show!!
