To me, it seems like Sheetal is the female version of Shyam. The look on her face when Arnav said that Khushi was his wife says it all. She could be an obsessive lover just like Shyam. Maybe she had an obsessive crush on Arnav but he didn't see her as any more than a friend. Now its Khushi's turn to MU Arnav.

What is with this show's writers and misunderstandings? This forum was devoid of the word MU for a while. Sigh :(

You could very well be right.

But the words lover and Shyam don't belong in the same sentence, especially since they only had friendship between them till he stepped over that line.

As for Sheetal, I doubt she and Arnav were intimate either because of the way he reacted to her and how he classified her as his school mate.

If there was more to their acquaintance he would have told Khushi.

Yeah. Its really tough not to jump to conclusions after analyzing every single detail!
