gosh, glad to know i am not the only one who keeps going back to old episodes to relive the magic and romance that was ARSHI. seriously, i totally miss the catfights and suspense brought about by shyamji. i do hate the character but he added more spice to an already interesting story.
to be completely honest, i watch the show by squeezing in some time before i go to bed. i may miss an epi or two but will make up for it on another night. but i also find myself losing interest and i keep questioning myself if the romance has fizzled out or if it's the bad storyline. i think both are connected. sparks are created by fantastic scripts and if CVs aren't creative enough (excuse the pun) then actors can't help it. they can only do so much to sustain interest in us, the fans. the hate marriage was one of the biggest mistakes because it paved the way for khushi's unwarranted humiliation. and frankly, ASR wasn't able to fully redeem himself. but what is done is done, can't undo the past. but CVs can surely influence the future. they need to do their homework right, do in depth research as to what will click with the loyal viewers. do they get to read these threads at all? if i were the big boss, it will be CVs' assignment to read the posts made by loyal fans in fora such as this. they should feel the pulse of the audience. rickybahl's and sunara's posts were truly enlightening. i always go back to the diwali, asr-la & payash engagements, mistaken accident, NK jealousy factor epis. i replayed holi episode many times. the script in those episodes bound ARSHI so much that the characters were almost real to me.
i will suspend judgment of the current track until the next couple of days. let's if it has something to offer. otherwise, i may watch IPK out of loyalty but will surely miss the magic. just don't know how far loyalty will take me though 🤔
