Again, as somebody said, these statements r taken out of context and Ashs name was just stuck in there whereas ranis statements were a bit more general.

Im not gonna complain that Ash should stop cuddling her baby or the likes and return to acting (she sux, y bother?) shes had a long and successfull career in the industry (no succcess in acting lol) and at the end of the day this is what she works for. Her comfort. And THIS is her time to just enjoy life in general. Shed just look downright bad if she were to give birth and return to work. Most likely people would rip her apart.

I agree an average woman is given 3 months, it's like that at my place of work too. However, if given the chance to take time off and watch your child grow, what mother would not do that! However, taking a break to spend time with your child is no reason to let your self go, there is simply no excuse. In fact you have a lot of time to work out and get back in shape without having to worry about work. So, yes I do feel Ash got lazy and did not take advantage of the resources given to her. I am sure her FIL would have gladly gotten her an in-home gym or a personal trainer.
