WHY didnt she come before this?? Either ways, it is possible she IS an old GF? Maybe someone he knew in the States? Shyam may be using her to get to ASR and Khushi!! Who knows! Anything is possible!
IF this kid is Arnav's it will RUIN the charm of his charachter and also the story of ARHI and even the show! It will be SO DAMNED TACKY!
