Quick question about Nakul and Mayank

Hi!....i was just started watching this show recently and was wondering why did Sahil and Ganga adopt Nakhul when his real parents are Gautham and Dhamini? and does Nakhul know that his real parents are Gautham and Dhamini AND that he has a twin? THANKS for taking the time to answer....!

yeah thats how it happened. I am also not sure if Nakul knows that Gautum and DAmini are his real parents or not. Lets wait.. and watch

ganga and damni were pregnant and the same time, they were walking down stairs and damini managed to hang on while ganga fell, ganga's kid died but damani's was ok.

the doctor said ganga most likely wont ever have a kid again.

latter damni found out she was having twins instead one kid. so damni took this as a sign decided to give ganga a kid. ganga and sahil were happy, but damni never asked gautham AT ALL. gautham was soooooooo mad, he yelled and screamed and wanted to keep the baby, he even took the baby away fom ganga after damni gave it to ganga. then gautham said sahil and ganag can keep the baby.

with the doctors help ganga managed to have her own kid, gautham used that to try to get his son back gautham even took them to court, AT LOT of stuff happened but in the end ganga and sahil got to keep there kid.

😆wow thats a lot of stuff, other thing did happen that the above are the main things
