Hey it could very well be that! The past thing is a good guess, especially since they wrapped up the Garima-Dadi and Arnav's past thing quite fast. They might be trying to resurface the past somehow.

The past is both good😊 and bad.😔.but for poor Arnav in this case..its bad..with his mom dieing..and stuff.😭

Yeh..same i think before they did show a scene..where Arnav is not interested in His birthday at all...when he was small⭐️

It was in his nature..but hopefully khushi is changing that nature😳

it has nothing to do with the past coz it showed in an epi Anjali wished little ASR happy birthday n little Arnav burst the balloon Anjali brought for him, means he doesnt celebrating bday since his childhood...he was very young then means his parents were alive n nothing bad happened
