The lead character of Star Plus' afternoon soap 'Bhaabhi' will be Suhana (the daughter of Saroj) who will move into her character's new role as Bhabhi.
Young and vivacious Rucha Gujrati (Suhana) will bring freshness to the character as she will portray a more pragmatic character contrary to ever-sacrificing Bhabhi. As Chopra parivaar will still find it difficult to come to terms with this fact of life, Rucha will placidly fit into the family.
In contrast to her mother, Suhana will be a woman of unique disposition, someone who dares to follow her heart. Much distanced from the typical image of perfect 'bahu' she will defy the beaten path.
