Interesting idea! It definitely would be surprising to see Bittu behind this, but I doubt it. What would Bittu earn from RK's death? I don't think Bittu has antagonistic feelings towards RK.

From what I have seen of Bittu, he has brotherly affection and sometimes fear of RK.

a)Madhu's father - I mean birth wala father not malik - they were in jail together. Don't know if something happened there. second angle could be he figured who madhubala is and that bullet was for her

b)Killer of RK's father - i think they show it as sucide but it could be a larger plan or twist

i know both things are far fetcehd but still...Mukund - Nah...I don't think he has guts and malik can never stoop so low
