In a way, I am happy that Zaara is not Indira (although I think this is a temporary thing because I think we can trust the CVs to not deviate from the formula).

I mentioned this in someone else's thread a couple of days ago that there are many things about Zaara that do not add up to her being Indira. Whether it is her being in the police force for about 12-odd years, or her doing namaaz. The latter, in which Zaara is shown as unfailing (she never misses her namaaz), cannot be adopted or cultivated. It has to be innate.

I would really welcome it if she found a soulmate in Rishi, but the story should not compromise on the personalities of Rishi and Zaara. We are just about getting the old Rishi back...judging from the precap.

Rishi might still continue to look for Indira in Zaara simply because he cannot change overnight. Zaara, on the other hand, who is openly glad that the DNA tests did not match, will be pulled towards him. She has a back story of which we are not aware yet. So, this Indira-Zaara tussle is not yet over. But while this part is still hazy Rishi has to see Zaara as who she is and not merely as Indira's lookalike.

I really hope the writers can pull off some sensitive moments instead of relying on melodrama to see the show through.

Those were my two cents.
