PART FOUR
Next Day Nimmo goes shopping and comes back at 4 in the evening. Kunal comes at 6 and goes inside the room.
K: Nimmo..Nimmo? (He searches her all around the room.)Are abhi tak nahi aayi? Kantaben se poochtha hoon.
KITCHEN
K: Kantaben aap ne Nimmo ko decka? Kya woh abhi tak nahi aayi?
KB: Woh tho chaar baje hi aa gayi. Kyun pooch rahe ho? Tum tho Natasha ke saath aaj Disco me jaane wale the naa?
K: Nahi. Aaj mein nahi jaa raha hoon. I am not going anywhere.OK?(He sounded very angry)
KB: Are itne gusse kyun ho rahe ho?
K: Kuch nahi. Vaise Nimmo Kahaan hai. Mujhe usse milna hai.
KB: Kyun? Mein nahi bataoongi.
K: Kantaben Please.(With a very innocent face)
KB: Teek hai teek hai batati hoon. Woh Rohan ke saath Garden mein baiti hai.
K:Rohan ke saath? Abhi decktha hoon.
KB thinks-Isse achanak kya ho gaya.
He is going to the garden when he meets Natasha.
Na: Hey Kunal you are still not ready for the Disco?
K: No Natasha, I dont have the mood to go for Disco today.
Na: But you are the one who decided. What happened now? Why a sudden change?
K: Nothing. Its just I dont have the mood to go. Please leave me alone.
Natasha thinks- What happened to him? Why is he acting so odd? Something is there that is disturbing him. I should find it out.
GARDEN
Nimmo and Rohan are sitting on the swing and talking. When Kunal went to them they were laughing. They both looked at Kunal.
R: Hey Kunal. How was office today?
K: It was great. How about you? How was shopping?
Before Rohan could speak Nimmo started spaking.
N: Oh Kunal it was such a fun. We had a very good time doing shopping. You know Kunal he doesn't even know how to do shopping. It was good that I was with him.
R: Yes Kunal. She helped me lot. It was good that I took her.
All this time Kunal's face was burning with anger. His blood was just boiling. He couldn't stand it anymore.
K: Actually Nimmo, I have a little work for you. Can you come with me?
N: OK Kunal. Bye then Rohan.
R: Bye Nimmo. and Bye Kunal.
But he went away as if he did not hear Rohan say Bye.
KUNAL-NIMMO ROOM
N: To, Kya baath hai Kunal? Kya kaam hai?
K: Woh mein bhool gaya.
N: Bhool gaye? Yeh tumhe kya ho gaya Kunal? Tum aaj kal bahut ajeeb tharah se behave kar rahe ho. Kya baath hai? Kuch problem hai kya?
K: Aisi koi baath nahi hai. Bas yun hi. To tum keh rahi thi ki aaj shopping bahut achi thi.
N: Haan Kunal. Bahut mazaa aaya. Meine kabhi nahi socha tha ki Rohan itna Jolly person hoga. He is so smart and fun, you know?
K: Teek hai.Teek hai.
N: Tumhe patha hai Kunal, usne mere liye ek Baby pink colour ki Saree aur tumhare liye ek T-shirt bhi khareeda. Usne mujhse yeh bhi kahaa ki kal Party ke liye mujhe wohi saree pehenna hoga.
K: What? Party?
N: Haan Party. Oh sorry Kunal. Mein toh batana hi bhool gayi. Kal shaam ko Rohan ne apni nayi office join karne ki khushi mein ek party rakha hai. Kal uske naye office ki inaugration party bhi hai. Usne mujhe invite kiya.
K: Toh kya tum inaugration ke liye jaa rahi ho?
N: Nahi. Meine keh diya ki mujhe tumhare liye lunch banana hai, aur isliye mein nahi aa paoongi.
Kunal's face just relaxed when she said that.He felt happy that she cared to make lunch for him instead of going to the party.
NEXT DAY- KUNAL-NIMMO ROOM
Getting ready for the evening party.
Nimmo was trying to tie the rope of her blouse on her back. Just then Kunal came in. He stared at her for a long time. She was so beautiful in that saree. Especially the pink colour suited her a lot. Then he saw her struggling with the rope. He went near her. Nimmo did not notice him at all. He took the rope in his hands and was starting to tie when Nimmo was shocked when he took the rope, that she turned around very fast. She lost her balance and was going to fall when Kunal caught her with his arms around her waist. Nimmo just stared at him and then after about 10 seconds she came back to her senses. She stood up right. Kunal was still staring at her beauty.
N: Kunal tum andar aane se pehle door par knock kyun nahi kiya. Mein toh darr gayi. Aur tum mujhe is tharah ghoor kyun rahe ho?
K: Kuch nahi. Aaj tum is saree mein bahut sundar lag rahi ho. Good selection of yours.
N: Yeh meri selection nahi, Rohan ki selection hai. Maine toh ek blue saree liya tha. Par usne kahaa ki yeh saree aur acha lagega.
Kunal's face changed and he became angry when Nimmo took Rohan's name.
K: Teek hai. Abh jaldi se thayyar ho jao. Party shuroo hane wala hai.
N: Bas sindoor lagana hai.
K: Mein lagatha hoon.
Nimmo is shocked.
N: Koi baath nahi Kunal, I'll do it myself.
K: Maine kahaa naa, Mein lagaa deta hoon.
Kunal takes the sindoor in his hand and and puts it on Nimmo's forehead. Nimmo closes her eyes and thinks of the day of their marriage when Kunal is putting sindoor on her forehead.
K: OK. Done. Abh chalein.
Nimmo opens her eyes.
N: OK
