Aur jaise jaise Nidhi ashu ji ,ashuji pyar se gusse se,dar se,expre ke sath bolti gai humare ashuji ka dil garden garden ho gaya

I understand Nidhi calling him Dr.Ashutosh as he is her senior but why Anji calls Dr.Rangnath?
Can anyone explain.
