Krish is with an old lady who is dishevelled and looked slightly unhinged. She thinks of Krish as her own child. Mamta is listless and restless unable to sleep. She hallucinates that Sid is in the room. Seeing her awake Sid tells her to go back to sleep and relax as the police will definitely find Krish out. Akshay is also suffering the pangs of separation from his child. The police have no clue on their child. The mad lady is trying to feed Krish who tries to run away this upsets the lady. The lady goes to buy milk for the child in the meanwhile he escapes. Simran tries to console grieving Akshay. Akshay categorically tells her that he does not love her and never will. Next morning Mamta and Krish are once again on the streets looking for Krish. The old lady tracks Krish down to a garden. Akshay is also looking for Krish with his picture in hand. Mamta prays to god for mercy in a temple. Akshay also comes there. Mamta accuses Akshay of being careless with her child. Akshay tells her that Krish is not her child. Mamta tells him that the courts will decide the custody in her favour. Akshay's family blame Mamta for the ongoing crisis. Damyanti is praying for Akshay and Mamta to come together. Akshay, Mamta and Sid come to the garden where Krish is hiding. After a lot of searching Mamta still hopes to find Krish. The old lady grabs the child and goes away. Mamta's maternal instincts draw her to the lady. Krish is found under the wrap of the mad lady's sari. Sid tells him that the mother has won she heard her child's cry where none of us could hear it.
