Hello and welcome everyone. Hope you all are doing fine and having a great time in HD section.
Basically, this post is regarding AT's. As you all know I'm the only Moderator/Viewbie available here for the time being hence, things gets hectic due to which I'm not able to handle topics on time. Apologizes as i get less time to go through reports. Coming back to the point, we've appointed monitors from both AT's to take care of the AT's, but sadly, I'm still getting reports from both AT's even now. However things were fine few days ago but not anymore. I would like to remind all of you that, if monitors would not be able to do their duties properly, mods will. Yes, I'd given both groups equal chance to maintain there AT's but members from AT's are still breaking rules.So if it didn't stopped any further, i will be left with no choice but to take strict measurements to avoid any kind of troubles. And no more queries will be answered as we've already given many chances to both of the AT's. More voilations from the AT's would lead to either closure of the AT for few days, or we would be shifting it to CFC/CC section. 😊
Few points which can help us to maintain good environment in the section.
Criticism is allowed unless someone uses inappropriate language or bash an actor. For instance, if someone says, I didn't like Sumit/Rati's expressions in a particular scene - this is allowed. But if someone is gonna make statement like, Sumit is good for nothing or Rati is such a characterless and shameless girl- this is pure bashing and will not be tolerated at any cost.
Members should not talk about other people in their AT's; talking about them directly or indirectly could lead to a warning level raise.
After discussing with other DT's, we've decided something. We would be allowing appreciation threads as long as it provides a good message. We will not allow 1 liner topics. Let me give you some examples.
1st example :"Sumit/Rati rocked today's episode" - This can be discussed in AT's itself, no need to create threads on it.
2nd example : "Sumit rocked in today's episode, i liked how all of the characters got screen space plus, how Sumit enacted in a particular scene. I felt like crying with him. The whole sequence reminded me of some sad incident." So see, there's so much difference b/w both of the content - One is just a one liner topic BUT the other one has a good message and can be discussed further. Therefore, it will be appreciated if members can keep in mind before creating any APPRECIATION thread in future.
