as per SBS nani is to be thrown out of the house by khana may be on mukta's birthday n tej seeing nani coming out n makes some plan
it was shown someone was giving cake to mukta may be on her birthday (i think it is ichcha) n nani hits the hand n cake falls down, khana gets anger n warns if u again insult ichcha to which nani angrily reply's what will u do, send me out of the house to which khana says yes n then they show nani with a bag comes out of the house n tej see that
