Of course, this worry is definitely not because she is carrying his child. Her decision shook him to the core, her decision to leave the house in this condition has made him think and realise that whatever he did to her was WRONG. I dont whether its love or not, but it is for HIS WIFE that he has started to consider Aarti now. Love will follow with the increase in him, when he will remember that Aarti was the person who brought back life in him, she was the person who stood by him in every position. So, for now, it is his care and concern for HIS WIFE but soon (may be in a day or two) he will realise that this not just care but this care has come out of LOVE. And that would be the most beautiful moment for me.
