Why Tonk was away
Yash Tonk, who is participating in Star One's Nach Baliye 2, could not make it for the show's launch, as he was busy shooting for Fauj Mein Mauj.
The film stars Mallika Sherawat, Rajpal Yadav and Ninad Kamath, and is being directed by Priyadarshan's assistant, Murli. The film is being shot in Kerala, so that's the reason why wifey Gauri was spotted carting around Yash's cardboard cutout at the event.
"Now that I am back in Mumbai, we have started rehearsing with choreographer Deepak Singh for Nach Baliye 2. My wife is a better dancer than me, so first I have to learn to match steps with her and then with the choreographer," says Tonk, who was last seen on the small screen in Kesar.
