Why Gautam is always insulted

I dont understand why Sahil or Tripti always insult Gautam or Damini saying that both are living n enoying life because of Karan....I believe both Karan and Gautam work for Virani Industries and both are equal partners...both are capable...it was never shown that karan is more intelligent than anyone else or something like that? I fail to understand why Damini n Gautum are subjected to this kind of humiliation? anyone please explain if i m missing something here...thanks

actually karan and gautam are not working for virani anymore they all have their own business were gautum helps karan on his business thats y sahil & Truptui ( 😡 ) tell him all that stuff

Sahil n Tripti are jealous and since Gautam n Damini are the only to people that listen to what people say in the house they become the target of humliation. But I stand with Karan and Gautam.
