Part 10

Khushi had found some of her old friends on the social networking site and she was surprised that some of the boys actually remembered her. She tried to catch up with one or two of them while she was waiting for arnav online who had not come online from past 4-5days.

Finally she saw him online...

K: hi arnav where were you?

A: was a little busy khushi how are you?

K: i'm fine and you?

A: just fine? I'm good

K: now that your here...never better i must say!

A: i missed you khushi

K: liar!

A: yes i did

K: ok fine...me too

A: khushi what were you doing

K: nothing arnav just chatting with aaron

A: who is he? Is he your boyfriend!

K: no way! He is just my shcool friend..

A: khushi you went to an all girls school din't you?

K: it was co-ed till fourth

A: ok so how is your stupid aaron

K: he is not stupid and nor is he mine ok!

A: he is stupid!

K: how do you know?

A: because his name is only so stupid

K: how dare you talk about somebody like that?

A: and who is the other guy

K: he was in my school too and now he is my friend's boyfriend

K: seriously arnav how the hell will i know?

By the way you talk to so many girls and when i ask you anything you say " she is my good friend yar" and anyone i talk to becomes my boyfriend???????

Khushi was so angry but somewhere she felt happy that he was actually affected! Mr. Raizada your jealous!

They continued talking casually when arnav made up a fake story and told khushi about a girl in his class ( she did exist) who he liked and how everyone used to call them Ram and Sita. He told her one long story and she actually believed it...she was really hurt but she did not want to tell him anything..

K: that's great i am really happy for you!

A: thanx

K: by the way i really need to go now bye cya tc

A: can't you stay

K: no arnav i have to go!

A: k bye cya tc

Khushi was so heart broken so her greatest fear had come true! He did love someone else!

Arnav had not come online from 2-3 days again and khushi was just brooding over their last conversation!

But when she logged in she found a friend request from one of his friends Tarun but she did not now whether to accept it or not so she left it pending. She thought of asking arnav then accepting it...

4-5 days past and khushi thought it would be really rude so she accepted the request. That same day she got a msg from arnav's other friend deepak.

D: hi i am arnav's friend he always talks about you!

Khushi was on the 7^th heaven when she read that...

K: really good or bad?

D: of course good he can never talk anything bad about you!

K: are you serious?

D: yes very much!

K: thank you...it was nice talking to you

D: same here...cya later

Finally after two weeks when arnav came online...khushi was so happy

K: hi how are you?

A: now that i will talk to you i am good...

K: same

Arnav do you have any idea how much i missed you!

A: i really missed you alot khushi...but i wanted to be alone for sometime

K: any problem arnav?

A: nothing!

K: you can tell me

A: khushi your the only person i actually share everything with!

K: i know...so now tell me quickly

Arnav told her about some problems between raksha and the girl he told khushi he liked. He explained the whole situation to her...

A: hmm arnav i think you should apologise to that girl...she has been your classmate from the beginning and raksha is your friend only from past few months...

You shouldn't let people especially friends go from your life...

A: hmmm

K: arnav that too you like her na so just go and apologise there is nothing wrong in that!

A: what are you mad? Who told you i like her?

K: you only told me that arnav

A: forgot sake khushi i never knew you take everything i say so seriously!

K: i do arnav!

A: khushi i thought you would figure out by now...

K: wait a minute arnav is she the same girl who tied a rakhi on your wrist because you forced her??

A: yes she was one of the 5

K: oh i'm so dumb...i'm sorry!

A: it's ok nexxt time don't even link me with any random girl!

K: ok ok ...

Arnav did you check my status?

He checked it " i think that i am on cloud 9"

A: why are you on cloud 9 khushi

K: because i spoke to you after so long

A: check mine

She checked it " even i think that i am on cloud 9 ;)"

Khushi was so happy she just wanted to hug him tight!

Next day when arnav came online without asking her how she is he just started...

A: khushi why the hell is that tarun on your friends list?

K: what?

A: delete him off now! You have any idea he just drools over any girl!

K: arnav how will i know all that i was waiting for you to ask you but since you din't come i thougt it would be rude...

A: i don't care do it now

K: no arnav it will be rude and by the way he hasn't even seen me arnav!

A: don't argue khushi! And you even added deepak?

K: you have a problem with tarun i can understand...but now deepak also??

A: khushi i don't want you talking to any of them!

K: i'm not a child

A: so what? you still don't know things khushi!

K: ok calm down

So your trying to protect me?

A: yes

K: why

A: because i care!

K: ok fine i will don't worry but not now eventually...i will not talk ok!

A: ok khushi i have to go now...

K: ok bye

Suddenly she got a message from deepak...

D: hi khushi are you free i need to tell you something urgently but please promise you will delete all these messages or arnav will kill me

K: yeah tell me

D: you know this arnav has gone mad from the time he has seen tarun on your friends list..

K: but why?

D: don't know...he had a big fight with tarun in front of everyone and he was even going to hit him we all had a tough time to stop him...he is not talking to anyone from 3 days he is so angry!

K: omg are you serious?

D: yes and all this only for you...

K: thanks for telling me

D: my pleasure but please do not tell him i told you anything or he will surely kill me he is literally fuming!

K: i won't

D: you know what khushi he loves you but he is just very scared to tell you because he doesn't want to loose you...and i don't think he wants to accept this fact!

K: oh God! It's the same with me!

D: what? I knew it this was a two-way obssession

K: obssession??

D: ok never mind i told you what i had to...i better go before Mr. Angry young man in love will bring down the roof in college! This has become the headline in college khushi!

K: i don't even know what to say!
