7th October, 2012 ushers in the Birthday of one of the HANDSOMEST Hunks of Indian TV ..
From the world of MANAGEMENT to the world of Entertainment, Sharad has managed to carve a niche for himself ..👏
Sharad entered the world of Small Screen with Zee TVs path-breaking show 'Saath Phere' where his pairing with Rajshri Thakur impressed one and all..! The show went on air in 2005..!
Even to this day.. the pair of Nahar-Saloni is remembered ..!! No wonder then that at Zee TVs 20th birthday bash.. Sharad & Rajshri made their presence felt!
Thereafter in the year 2009, Sharad appeared as the evil Thakur in Balaji Telefilms show 'Bairi Piya' on Colors! His powerful portrayal of Thakur Digvijay Singh earned him rave reviews and aplomb!
To this day the demand for
'Bairi Piya-Season 2' with Sharad-Supriya continues..!
The year 2012 brought cheer to the fans of Sharad as he entered Director Kut productions show 'Kuch to Log Kahenge' on Sony to portray the lead role of Doctor Ashutosh ..! His sincere portrayal of Ashu and chemistry with Kritika Kamra has earned him a whole new set of fans..!
Along with lead roles, Sharad has also done Cameos & Short stints in shows like 'Uttaran''Sindoor' and 'Sarvagun Sampanna'..!
Despite being part of daily soaps, Sharad has also been associated with several reality shows...!
From participating in 'Nach Baliye- Season 2' to hosting 'Rock & Roll Family' 'Sa re ga ma pa' and 'Pati Patni aur Woh' , Sharad has displayed his versatility across genres ..!
He has also participated in the Comedy Circus Mahasangam season aired in 2010..and since then been part of many 'Teen ka Tadka' special episodes of CC!
On the personal front Sharad is married to fellow TV actress 'Keerti Kelkar' ..! He participated in Nach Baliye with Keerti and has shared screen space with her in 'Saath Phere' & 'Sindoor' !
He has a huge circle of friends amongst the TV industry including actors like Hussain-Tina, Avinash-Rubina, Pracheen, Gaurav Chopra amongst others!
2012 has also brought in great cheer for Sharad as he bagged a meaty role in Sanjay Leela Bhansalis 'Raam Leela' ..starring Ranveer Singh-Deepika Padukone!
