About trust : This Pavitra serial is not about trust . It is about distrust .It is about Archana's constant distrust of her simple husband and the dramas that ensue . Archana distrusted her husband after 15 days of marraige by choosing to believe a man known for lying and immorality . I defended her naively at that time saying that it takes time to build trust although the fact that

she never gave her husband a chance to speak or heard out his side of the story

she trusted a villainous character who she herself had caught lying red handed

made me a trifle uncomfortable from inside . But at that time i had high hopes from this serial based on middle class Maharashtrian life so i ignored my inner question marks .😆

Coming back to Ovi . Why she should trust her husband who still carries a torch for ex girlfriend beats me . She maybe in love but that doesn't mean she has to be a fool . Infact she should not trust the two together at all . Especially when the husband professes to love his ex madly . The trust part doesn't jell here . I still maintain that it takes time to build trust . In Ovi's case Prince Arjun has broken her trust again and again . When he left Canada for business and promptly fell in 'love' with a girl just in 3 months when Ovi had naively trusted him and let him go by putting a word on his behalf without demanding even an angagement party . It was Arjun who was unfaithful to the commitment not Ovi .

She is his wife now , she has a full right to question him about his whereabouts ,

Infact even Purvi said it that what will Ovi think when Arjun swung over the railings and ran after her .

So Ovi asking him in my opinion is fully justified .

What she can do as a wife : She can question him , throw tantrums over his ex, insist like some have said that he accompany her to the party where her full family was going , express her displeasure at hobnobbing with his ex . This is what most wives would do . She doesn't . She serves him his meals and trys to please him .

She can also yell right back at him when he yells righteously at her and reiterate that sh is fully within her rights to question him and that he better lower his voice and give an explanation . Again , this is what most wives would do . No one is in the mood to be broad minded where hubby's ex loves ar concerned . Why , his ex questioned him quite a lot ,even threatened him with a court case when she disagreed .

Will she win him over with this questioning . What does she have to lose ...she has lost him anyways . 😆😆 The servitude is not yielding any results so why not have him taste a bit of what 'wifedom' is . After all he 'married' na .😆 It is high time he realises what he walked into for pleasing his ex who dumped him .

About the speed with which she turned sanskaari :😆😆😆 The speed with which the ex dropped him like a hot potato at the wedding altar for her own reasons after tasting 'divine' love with him interests me more .😆😆 It was faster than the lightning , that speed .

About how long will this sham of a marraige continue as marraiges are choics of th heart : Thats what even I am wondering . She is true to her characterization ...she went to any lengths to get him she will go to any lenghts to keep her marraige and will not be the one to initiate a divorce . Purvi i can understand ...she truly has turned her back on Arjun for her mom's happiness and getting a family which was her childhood dream . But why is Arjun not filing for divorce if he finds this marraige stifling and realises he made a mistake ?

In my opinion the expectation should be from him ...not the 2 girls who got exactly what they wanted . They both don't want the divorce .

I f he is waiting for some divine sign I am 😕 . He should get out of the marraige ASAP is my opinion but not without a price for daring to trifle with an institution like marraige . He should pay through his nose and get out once and for all and then taste 'divine bliss'.

I am all for the divorce but as i said i am on the side of this institution . It cannot be that

he marries ritualistically but has no belief in rituals that symbolize something sacred as he is true to his feelings

he is unwilling to work on his marraige as he is loyal to his 'feelings'

He is unanswerable to law and society .

Sure he can divorce and get out . But then he has to pay .

I would love to see some realism in this show ...a dispute between him and DK who gives him 2 options

Either damn well make this marraige work now

or pay Ovi out of ur own funds not my hard earned wealth and get out of it and do whatever . When you were both getting all on a platter u messed it up .

But expecting this realism from DK is too much for this Pavitra show . Why , he calls the woman who did a case on him and almost shut him down a ' devi '.

So no hopes . 😆 But the triangle is yawn , thats for sure .
