It had been four and half months since Preeto and Rajbeer's family found out that he was dead. Preeto had changed. She had become quite and barely smiled. It was as if her life was vanished. She couldn't go back to Amritsar because Papaji had broken all ties with her since she married Rajbeer. But something fishy was going on with her. She would get dizzy and wanted to eat different things at weird times.

They waved bye to each other and went to their apartments. Preeto entered her house and her small smile faded. She missed Rajbeer even more in this house. Rajbeer's dad never visited. The only visits she ever got were from the neighbours, Jassi Jogi Amrita, Dhrishu Jalak and maybe once in a month from Ayush and Pinky. No one even phoned her from Amritsar. She was very shattered.
She went to the washroom and changed. She then came out to put the saree in the cupboard. She opened the cupboard and saw Rajbeer's clothes. She gently put the saree on the shelf then took out Rajbeer's shirt. She sat on the bed and wore the shirt. She started crying. Her arms were wrapped around her knees and she cried more. Preeto sobbed- i miss you Rajbeer.
Just then on the other side. There was bed in the corner. There was also a very small kitchen in it. Then a mirror and beneath that was a sink. The room had many papers and canvas over the room.
A hand with a paint brush finished the final stroke on the painting. Just then a voice yelled- KARAN!
The painting brush fell out of the man's hand and landed on the floor. His face still wasn't visible due to the lack of light. The person left the painting. Then the episode ends with the camera on the painting. The painting was this:
