complete part 10 (iv)They reached Almora by 10 am, as Geet explored the cottage and made herself a cup of tea, Maan went to have shower, while he sat reading the daily news with a glass of juice, she went to have a long , shower. When she finally came out, she found him sleeping peacefully,

she covered him with a spread and started unpacking the bags, she arranged the things in the cupboard neatly, for their 7 days stay.

While she checking the bags to see if she had missed something she found a dairy in his bag.

At first she hesitated but finally opened it, the first page was written long ago, when he was a teenager, it read,

Papa always says, when ever you are high in emtions jot them down, you will feel light, I never thought I will need to, but today I will try this out, now what is that is making me do this stupidity, my Daadi, she is the only person I am not able to understand in my family, she is too bossy, I think I hate her, but Pammi Maa says, no that old lady is just insecure, but what Pammi Maa does not know is that Daadi always bad mouths her. Today that elder woman has crossed all limits and Papa just stood there earing her non sense, but I have decided I will stop talking to Pammi Maa this will give sqtisfaction to the old bitch and she will for the time being stop harressing her.

Geet read and re read the lines, she had tears in her eyes, there was no date written but by the handwriting she could predict the age to be somewhere near 12 or 13. At that tender age he understood so much and took such a big step.

She dabbed her eyes and read further, she flipped few pages that have similar emotions of hatred towards Daadi and sympathy towards Pammi Maa. A paragraph catches her attention, it read

Today I were after Arjun my would-be brother-in-law, he ia as always patient with me, but today I have really there to tell him something that I heard that old woman saying to her friend, these oldies have nothing else to talk about but curse their daughter-in-laws and plan marriage of their grand children.

Here Arjun was late, I were getting very desperate, and finally he came but he was not alone, he has with him my sister, oh how much I hate this dumb man so many times, I can't understand how did he qualify that civil services paper, when I have called him to meet this far, he must have understood that I want to talk to him alone, but.

Anwesha Di looked at me with some anger, she did not like when I tried to tell her what to do, that is why I had to talk to this man she loved so much, she was giving me killer looks, I just sighed and excused myself saying that I have been waiting since long and now have to go for my classes, Di gave me another how rude of you look, but I left, may be Arjun got my hint.

After few paragraphs there was an entry about Arjun Anwesha's elopement, it read

I did not know that they will elope; I thought Arjun was a man enough to come and talk to Papa, but he did not, rather he opted for an easy way out, I am disappointed by this, Papa would have easily agreed to their marriage. At least Di should have come forward and told the family. I am not sure about what would have happened but I sometimes doubt that Papa and Pammi Maa know about them, but then it could be just my imagination. But one thing is for sure I will not talk to them now, at least not to Arjun.

Papa was very distressed by all this and that old bitch cursed Pammi Maa endlessly for Di's doing, I felt like punching either Di or this bitch, however Pammi Maa tries they make her fail.

Geet was astonished to read the way things developed, but then Savitri Devi looks like having a negative aura, she is a little too selfish.

As she read further, the entries became more emotional and sad, Savitri Devi came out to be over bearing old woman who is very self centered and full of hatred.

She closed the diary not wanting to read further. She kept it and went near the window but as she looked out she smiled and decided to read further, as she became curious as to what must have he, written about her.

She took the dairy and started flipping pages
