Simran is shocked by Sid's reaction. She expected Sid to understand, as Akshay and he were good friends. Their arguments get inflamed. Vandana tries to pacify Simran by making her see logic. Simran seeks Mamta's help. Vandana diffuses the situation by seeking time to think it over. Sid calls Akshay and lambastes him for his relation with Simran. Sid promises to destroy him and tells him that his friendship is over. Akshay is upset that he has to fight for the custody of his own child. Mamta is also upset that her darling child Krish is suffering. Vandana is happy that Sid is working but she wanted to know on what with so much of dedication. Without naming the people he explains the case to Vandana. Mamta and Vandana become emotional. On being asked Simran very cheerfully tells Mamta about Krish and Akshay. Mamta shows a desire to meet Krish and Simran agrees. Krish looking at her picture remembers Mamta. Damyanti observes this. Sid wants to malign Akshay as a bad father to gain Krish's custody. Mamta is reluctant. It is revealed in the court that Mamta is only the surrogate mother of the child Krish. Tanisha find the surrogacy contract papers. Akshay finds Krish absent from home. Dadi tells him that Simran has taken Krish to her house, Akshay gets angry. Dadi decides to call him back. Sid and Mamta come home to find Krish playing in the house. Mamta is very excited which Simran does not seem to understand why. Dadi's call interrupts Mamta's moments of happiness with her child, as Simran has to take the child back. Seeing Mamta is in an emotional state Sid promises Mamta that at least he will get her visitation rights. None of the parties have been able to submit the surrogacy contract. Sid is able to get Mamta weekly visitation rights. Akshay receives a call from home; Dadi tells him Krish is missing from home. Mamta who has heard Akshay is also shocked.
