My ramblings on Thursday"s epiš
After aeons am back with one of these and I think this is the first one am doing on Ashu as played by Sharad... For me Monish bhel has and will be the embodiment of ashu and yet on Thursday I allowed myself to see things differently I don't know if its the new writers that did the trick but anyways...š
Ashutosh knew perfectly well that he had taken a big gamble by bringing Nidhi in to assist, for once he was happy he did it, he had always known that Nidhi would have a great doctor but the cynic in him knew that things could go wrong.The whole CM experience has allowed him to see his wife a new light, he always knew that Nidhi had all the trappings of a good doctor and today it is the fighting spirit that saved both of them and most importantly the cm, he time and again referred to her as a child and once again she has risen to the occasion and shown her maturity.
He had always tried to maintain a semblant of decorum at kotnis, but today when the cm"s secretary mentioned that they were husband and wife in real life he felt a sense of pride, pride to acknowledge her not as his wife but as the woman who has an identity of her own, in a way today was the moment he fully understood what was meant complementary, he and nidhi really complemented each other, she would always be here as much as he knew that he would be their for her , he had erred before he knew it but not again. they would face obstacles for sure but he knew deep down that from now on they could face anything together.
Seeing her so happy when told that she would be felicitated was balm to his own hurt. He had been hard on her during their separation and the whole amar fiasco but today his nidhi was being appreciated for what she was a wonderful, generous, kind child woman who as ever keeps teaching him the need to open up to see things differently was important.
Looking at her after he had kissed her rather pinch her was sheer bliss because what he could see in her eyes was a perfect reflection of what was in his a deep profound love
