He could be saying are you wishing to be pregnant instead of are you pregnant. Usually cliffhanger like these don't really lead to the way we are expecting it to be.
I think Vidhi might come to ask her help with something unless she knws it too or one of the kids might come in and interrupt them again and then for the rest of the day she will avoid Yash plus tmr. they will hav to make prep. for Yash's b'day na?
I think she will avoid the question because yash will continue talking without giving her a chance and they will get interrupted as usual.. He will find out on his birthday and get angry AGAIN!!!!!
