First let him give her respect...However he behaves with other or Arthi its ok, if Arthi behaves like she is silent she is not speaking properly then he is having problem...

I think even if he does not tell her that he lovves her too, he still won't let her go on with the pregnancy because he does not want to loose another wife and another mother to his children. He does care for her deeply.
