Lashy, I watched it again (well actually a lot of times😆) and the way I see it, is that Indu is still reeling from the romantic moment, it's as if he is thinking "wow, what just happened?!" and if they hadn't been interrupted, who knows what would have happened..so it's like he is looking at Sanchi to try and understand and to read her expressions and is still kind of in disbelief over what just happened...

Because if you look at it, Indu opens the door and lets his friends in and then goes straight in front of Saanchi and stares at her before Lucky and Yogi tell him about the police..
And once Yogi starts talking it's as if Indu is startled or has been interrupted in his thoughts, and once he does know what is happening he goes back to his usual self and at the end Indu does stare at Sanchi again and maybe this time it can be interpreted as concern but for me it is again the same thing, that he is still watching her in regards to what happened earlier..

But I don't know, maybe you are right and I am over-analyzing things too much but that is how I felt it when I watched it
