Doc says that it is a good sign that one of her fingers is responding. She asks Megha to remain calm. Megha remembers Mohan's story on Bunty. Megha asks Doc to open the window and she asks her are kids playing football in the ground? Doc says there is a busy road outside. Megha asks for Dr. Tripathi and Bunty. Doc says there is no Dr. Tripathi & Bunty is a ward boy but he is not on a wheelchair. Megha has FB's of Mohan's stories.
AB comes to meet Megha. Megha says she is meeting him for the first time and that too this way. AB asks after Megha's health. AB tells Megha that because of her love Mohan broke all his principals. AB says he should have done it a long time back. AB tells Megha that he consulted with top surgeons and her condition cannot change. He tells her that he will make sure of that she gets good treatment. AB asks Megha about Mohan and whether he spends times with her. Megha tells him that Mohan takes care of kids and then be with her. AB says Indore's best reporter is now a "aayah". AB says she was bound a person like Mohan to responsibilities. She has done the impossible. AB reiterates that she will get the best possible treatment. AB leaves and Megha is left thinking.
Megha asks for Mohan. Chanchal throws Renu out of the house as she has not paid any rent. Renu asks her not to insult her as they are friends. Chanchal says when you cannot be nice to your own family how will you be nice to me. Renu is on the road when Sanjay comes with Nanhi & Addu. They notice Renu but walk away without saying anything.
Jiji tells Mohan that his father had come and after his visit Megha was asking for her. Mohan asks what AB & Megha spoke. Mohan goes to meet Megha. He shows a card made by NA. Mohan tells her that Bunty has become a sideline referee. He continues that Dr. Tripathi is very positive that Bunty will prove medical science wrong. Mohan sits besides Megha and she calls him closer. Megha tells Mohan that there was a raid in hospital and Dr. Tripathi got arrested as she is actually a nurse. Mohan says no wonder Bunty looked upset. Megha says even Bunty was thrown out as he spent all his time watching football.
Megha asks him why he is giving her false hopes. Mohan says I am just giving you hope that you will get well soon. Megha says she will remain this way throughout her life. Mohan says what is the problem we will get old like this. Megha asks him how long will he manage & compromise? Mohan says he will do it happily. Megha says you compromised your principals for me. Megha asks Mohan if he loves her? Mohan says do you have doubt, test me? Megha says promise? Mohan says I promise. Megha says hope you do not break your promise. Mohan says never. Megha asks Mohan to turn off the machines, take off her oxygen mask and relieve her of all the pains.
Mohan asks her if she is mad. Megha says you promised. Mohan asks her to shut up. Megha says spare everyone this misery. Mohan asks her what medicine Doc gave her today. Megha says you cannot break your promise. Megha asks him not to punish himself this way and asks him to switch off the machine. Mohan says no and leaves the room.
Mohan standing outside the room crying remembers Megha's words of taking her mask off. Mohan has FB of Pir's gyan on"seven steps of love" "fanaa" & "maut".
Precap: Everyone celebrating Megha's birthday. Megha asks Nanhi to take care of Addu always. Megha tries to bite the tube connected to her. Mohan notices it and runs to stop her.
