Alka...I don't think the completion of the internship is the gift...it is just the way he goes about doing it...making it a very special occasion for her...just like Nidhi got the cop and the kids to wish Ashu happy b'day...and then the midnight party too..
I don't know if there is any physical gift in store...because it might pale in comparison to the graduation ceremony ...and he must have pulled strings to make it coincide with her b'day...don't know if that is possible...but then Alzheimers cannot be cured either...so no big deal there...
Anyway, Ashutosh is never going to be right here...even if he got her a solitaire, people would probably say the rock could have been bigger 😆...
So long as Nidhi is happy, I don't think anything else really matters!
