Hiii all

Today is Jhal-julani Ekadashi... In many parts of the country it is also known as Dol Gyaras... DOL is a Palaki made of wood ( as shown in the show) in which Lord Vishnu takes a Sawari from his place to know the well being of people. It is also said jhal jhulani.

A crucial day in DABH. ... All the best to Sandhya. ... Iam also fasting today.

Happy Dol Gyaras or Jhal Jhulani Ekadashi

can someone tell me what is ekadashi in short, how it is celebrated...is it compulsory to fast on this day?
