I am literally speechless. Like, I don't know what to write. I don't even want to write anything tonight.
You know, I didn't think that the CVs could ruin the show any more than they already had, but damn. Tonight's episode sucked beyond repair. Total massacre of a once unique show. I could be pissed, but strangely I'm not. I just feel like laughing. I mean, when a show along with its unique characters are ridiculed to this extent, then one can only laugh, right?
Promo: I'm confused. Does it mean that V will lose his memory again, but only this time it will be a regression thing? Does it mean that we'll have to endure another one of the CVs' doomed-to-fail attempts at making V appear redeemable or worthy of sympathy, because let's not kid ourselves [pun intended]; in the wake of the things that V has done, the fact that they can even consider presenting him as something worthy of being liked repels me.
The new promo basically disgusted me. And then I couldn't stop laughing at how entirely ridiculous the whole thing was. They've made a joke out of the characters -- all of them.
If they show Raghav allowing V back inside his home -- for whatever reasons -- or if they show Raghav/Sia "treating" him or letting him anywhere near their lives, then I'll be unable to continue watching this show. I've given the CVs a lot of chances and they have let me down each and every time. If my comments on Gowani's article was any indication, I'm severely disappointed with the CVs of SB? and how the promo once again introduces a V centered track.
SB? has, in fact, become a disgrace to victims of abuse. It's a show promoting the abuser and concentrating on making him the dominating factor in his victims' lives, and now it will concentrate on redeeming him to make him a likable character.
The social message? Crushed. The show? Destroyed. The characters? Butchered.
>> Cons:
1) No connection to the characters due to the rushed sequences
I wasn't disappointed that Sia's stab scene didn't live up to the promo since I wasn't really expecting that it would. In fact, I would've been positively surprised if the scene had been given time and focus. It wasn't, of course.
The stab scene wasn't the only one rushed through without focus though. Sia being taken to the hospital, Raghav putting her on the stretcher, doctors rolling the stretcher to the OR along with Raghav/Sia moment during the scene was also rushed and didn't connect with me because it wasn't given time or even some focus.
Everything tonight was rushed. Nothing was given time. And I wasn't able to connect with any of the characters despite the actors' honest performances. The blame goes to the SB writers and production crew. Not that they care.
2) Raghav's transformation
Well. Let's just say that I've never seen character assassination happen in the span of just three minutes in my entire life. World record, I'm certain.
Raghav went from shock of losing Sia to becoming a business man with a tie in just three minutes and a song. The song thing worked for Sia when she had to realize her feelings for Raghav -- it did not, however, work for Raghav's transformation. Why? I'll explain.
> Because Raghav's transformation was supposed to be given the time and process of a character development with inner struggles [something that not even the most awesome actor in the entire world would be able to pull off in three minutes].
> Because now what? Raghav's character has become a boring, typical business man as shown on every other TV show. Guess we skipped his entire character development, his struggle with coming to terms with his mother's wishes and changing who he is for her.
> Because we skipped his stages of grief. The CVs made sure of that.
I don't know what the CVs have in store for Raghav. To be honest, I don't think that they have anything in store for him. He's an extra character on the show. Filler. Not the kind of role model that they want to promote for young men in today's generation.
Well, as you can see, I can't even put words on my thoughts/emotions. Because no words seem powerful enough to describe how shitty I feel about what the CVs have done.
3) Were the actors even in on what was going on story wise?
Because half the time it seemed like they didn't know what was going on, track wise, and that they'd just been told to follow orders blindly. I don't even have the energy to give an example -- like it would make an actual difference anyway.
4) What about Sia now?
Will she awaken with a memory loss now [a la V] or remain in a coma or whatever? What about her character development? But then her entire psychological journey has already been skipped by the CVs, so what's to develop?
>> Technical:
Well, everything disappointed. Except for one or two scenes.
>> Pros:
The only pro, overall, was the amount of awesomeness that came from the actors. I'll suggest that -- if the episode is watched -- you watch for Harshad, Sriti, Sumukhi, and the actress who portrays Uma. They rocked. Or tried to when the camera was finally focusing on them.
1) Raghav/Sia private moment post surgery
Fantastic performances. The conversation, the wiping of tears, the hand hold, the promise and blood in Sia's maang, and her happy smile and total faith in Raghav's promise.
>> Technical:
1) Camera panning during Raghav/Sia private moment post surgery
The slow camera panning and zooming was nice.
This feedback was a pain to write because I had nothing to say. The CVs have done it. And to be honest, I think that even I have reached my limit as a viewer now.
Crappy feedback to match a crappy show and it's uncreative creatives
One last thing: The CVs and channel don't realize what they had and what they've lost. I pointed out all the potential in the show and characters before -- to no avail. I'm having one of those deja vu moments because this is exactly what happened to LTL.
LTL had great actors and a great story and so much potential -- yet the CVs and the channel went ahead with their manmaani and butchered it all.
Nite, peeps. Spare yourselves some high BP and don't watch the episode. But then if you like torturing yourselves -- go right ahead xD

This show and its CVs are not worth giving feedback to so am not wasting my time today!!!

The CVs have made it all too obvious (if they did not before) that they deliberately skip everything Raghav!!! We are not fools not to notice or understand, no matter even if you think we are!!! Today they came out naked before may be they still had socks on 🥱 And that not having time is utter non sense, they stretched the useless hostage drama like elastic and had all the time for it but no time to capture the most important transitions!!!

As for the promo 🤢🤢🤢

Ana, I'm totally speechless. I can't believe the CVs did this. And the promo is so stupid!!! I can't believe they're doing that.
Cons:
  1. The rushed sequences were so annoying. The stab scene, then the beating, then the coma. WTH!!!!
  2. Okay, so this guy transformed into Mr. Business Man just in a few seconds. I liked the transformation, but I wanted it to be longer.
  3. I doubt it. Sometimes the actors look lost.
  4. I'm worried about that as well. Will she wake up with no memories of Raghav?

Technical:

I loved only two scenes: RaghaVi's hospital bed scene. Aayoge Jab Tum Oh Sajna sequence.
Pros:
  1. That was the best moment. I loved it so much. It was sweet. And especially the maang filling.

Technical:

  1. That scene was so beautiful that everything about it was great.

Earlier we thought, they had a deadline for the 7 yr leap so they were rushing but with only Raghav Sia scenes. But what's the excuse now?

Did Raghav instantly reach the decision to become a business man while Sia was lying in a coma? what's the rush? Can't live without Viraj in an epi? Can't give atleast 3 epi. for the transformation and forget Viraj for a while?
Why do we expect CVs to not make a mockery of us viewers who waste our time watching this, by showing whatever nonsesne they want?

No sane person will ever want to do anything for Viraj. V left no stone unturned in hurting Raghav Sia n their families but going by the promo Sia is happy bringing food for him and even Raghav is supporting this crap.

Have Raghav Sia got amnesia n forgot who V really is like? 😒

I have nothing to say...the 🤬 channel and creatives can rot in hell...this was their last chance to rectify their blunders...but no...they'll never learn...nothing can save the show anymore...not even the sincere performances of the actors...
