I hope Aarti's pregnancy hormones set in alongside this 'distant behaviour.' I don't think that this alone will make Yash realise Aarti's worth. I believe that once he realises how unloved she was in her first marriage- the taunting, aggression and indifference from Prashant that she put up with, will Yash begin to develop feelings for her. Those feelings will stem from the pity he feels for her. Sadly Yash is too absorbed in himself to even comprehend how his actions have impacted Aarti.
