Very few people can understand Gauri..she is very bold, intellegent and has very sharp analytical abilities but unfortunately these all qualaities for being used as negative energy by her...she is a very smart doctor and can acheive anything in her life as she is very dedicated to her cause ...unfortunately it was again a negative cause ..Sumi s challenge..

so that makes her completely irresponsible person who can use her talent only in negative side not positive ...so it means she doesn't know even meaning of responsibility her duties ..she can only see her selfish mottos..

You are absolutely right that she lacks responsibilities and if her Character exists in show further then, she will be shown changing ..because once Anandi leaves Haveli and Jagya goes on right track, with a child in Gauri s custody, Singhs will accept her...people can change and they can also bring a change...
